Did you know? Lighting makes up a whopping 44 per cent of the electricity used by the average office building. Keep an eye out for lights that can be turned off when not in use;

Substitute water pitchers and glasses for bottled water during meetings;

Remove unnecessary items from your trunk for a more fuel-efficient commute;

Form a green workplace committee;

Refurbish old office furniture rather than buying new;

Request electronic invoices (set up an e-mail filter to direct them to an appropriate folder in your inbox)
